Camino de Santiago 2022
Live – From Vila Nova de Cerveira to Santiago de Compostela, 160 kms
It took place from 31 July to 10 August. A journey organised by the Claretian Family: Cordimarian Affiliation and Claretian Missionaries.
It brought together young people aged between 17 and 25 from various regions of Portugal, southern Spain and the Canary Islands.
The 45 or so participants formed various working groups, socialising, services, liturgy, reflection… centred on the objectives and spirituality of the journey. They were accompanied by the PJV Fatima Secretariat (Fr João Luís, Fr Victor Portugal, Fr Martin and Fr Tomas) and by our Cordimarian Sisters (Luisa and Maripi). We also have students, APJs and various collaborators in the Intendancy team. A big thank you to all of them for making this journey in Ano Xacobeo possible. We would especially like to thank the local councils in Portugal, municipalities and schools in Spain who provided us with the necessary resources to make this adventure a success.
Cheer up! This is an opportunity we can’t afford to miss! Get ready!
See you soon!
Have a good journey!
